( 11:01 ): Lauryn asks, “Do you think when you’re starting out your career, like say someone’s starting out their career snd their listening, do you think they should practice essentialism or say yes to everything?”

( 36:55 ): Lauryn says, “I want to know how you use ‘Essentialism’ and ‘Effortless’ in your personal relationship with your wife.”
( 39:42 ): Lauryn says, “The second one, ‘Effortless,’ I feel like I need to figure this one out. It doesn’t matter where you start? Do you prefer people start with ‘Essentialism’ or can you jump into either one?”
( 45:22 ): Lauryn asks, “What do you think out of your book are 3 little tiny tips that you can leave our audience that will maybe make them want to read more?”
( 50:41 ): Lauryn says, “I agree with this next question so much. I hope anyone whose on my team is listening to this. The importance of writing everything down instead of relying on memory. I’ve ordered notebooks for everyone; I said I know I’m old fashioned, but just write it down because it makes it so much easier. What are your thoughts?”
