DISCUSSION QUESTIONS WITH

( 4:22 ): Lauryn says, “I want to go back to when you were a little girl and go back to your childhood.”

( 10:17 ): Lauryn says, “I want to really tell your story. Why did you decide you needed to lose weight? And why did you have a goal of 100 pounds?”

( 17:03 ): Michael asks, “Meaning nobody’s coming up to you and saying ‘Wow you’ve gained x pounds or x weight.” Like they don’t do that. But if you lose weight aggressively comment and they’re saying ‘what’s going on with you?

( 19:38 ): Lauryn asks, “Can I ask when you first started to lose weight, were you doing it in a way that you look back on that was healthy?”

( 24:37 )Lauryn says, “You mentioned that when you were at your lowest point and everyone commented how great you look, that kind of woke you up. Was there anything else that you can pinpoint that you look back on that was sort of an epiphany for you to start getting help? And if so, what was that? And how did you go about getting the help and the resources?”

( 36:29 )Michael asks, “Do you ever feel pressure, I don’t want to say toe the line, but to appease each party while also speaking in your truth? Because you’re obviously someone whose stepped outside and broken the status quo so I’m sure you’ve heard everything under the sun.”

( 44:06 )Lauryn says, “I would love for you to talk more about  what you said how you said you say things behind clothes doors but you feel like you can’t say it online because you’re going to be shamed.”

( 1:01:28 )Lauryn says, “What do you do if someone comes into your space that is not constructive?”

( 1:16:58 ): Lauryn says, “Sarah, what is a book, a podcast, a resource that you would recommend to someone that’s struggling right now with an eating disorder?”
