She is a Holocaust survivor and a specialist in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. Her memoirs entitled The Choice – Embrace the Possible published in 2017, became an international bestseller. Her second book, titled The Gift – 12 Lessons to Save Your Life.



( 7:33 ): Michael asks, “For those that are unfamiliar with you, can you give us a little bit of background about yourself?”

( 8:22 ): Lauryn says, “Can you talk about some of the struggles that you’ve experienced while growing up?”

( 10:02 ): Michael says, “Can you explain the circumstances and what was going through your mind when you were first admitted into Auschwitz?”

( 13:07 ): Lauryn asks, “How old were you and your sisters when you went in and when you came out?”

( 14:28 )Lauryn says, “100%. I would love it if you spoke on that. I see so many people feel boredom or loneliness when they’re alone with themselves.”

( 18:54 )Lauryn says, “Obvioisly everything that’s going on with the pandemic, a lot of our peers are feeling depressed or anxious. Is there any little tips or tricks you would give them to maybe few better on a day to day basis?”

( 20:36 )Michael says, “I imagine after the experience like you had, which you know obviously is one of the worst human experiences you can have, your perspectives on life and appreciation of life change drastically. Can you talk about that changed when you came out?”

( 46:34 )Lauryn asks, “What do you wish our generation or the younger generation knew more of?”

( 48:02 ): Lauryn says, “Before you go though, if everyone wants to find you on Instagram or your book, where can they find you and your book?”

( 48:41 ): Lauryn says, “And just to end to round it out, if you could leave our audience with something inspiring before you go, we would love it.”
