( 37:48 ): Lauryn asks, “So am I in weight loss mode this week because you’re pulling food back or do you then change it back to seven days low food?”
( 51:32 ): Lauryn asks, “If you’re going to have a drink, and it’s you, and you’re in weight loss mode, what’s your drink of choice?”
( 55:19 ): Lauryn says, “Also you’re not weird about coffee or matcha. I asked you if I could ask you if could have matcha, coffee, bone brother, celery juice that’s not affecting anything with the plan so I think that’s cool as well.”
