For those unfamiliar with Wim Hoff, he is a Dutch extreme athlete noted for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures. He has set Guinness world records for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and still holds the record for a barefoot half-marathon on ice and snow. On today’s episode Wim discusses how to use the cold and breath work to boost our immune system, limit anxiety, and remove depression.

( 45:34): Michael asks, “For people that are like oh I don’t know if I can get into the cold or I don’t know if I can get into a cold shower, and they’re not mentally tough yet, what would you tell those people? What are some tips to make you mentally strong?”
