( 18:45 ): HIM TIP: Read more. Schedule 30 minutes a day to read and when you get into a rhythm, make it 1 hour.
( 20:00 ): HER TIP: When you feel like you have a zit coming on, wash your face with a probiotic cleanser and then dab some on tea tree oil on it.
