This week on THE SKINNY CONFIDENTIAL HIM & HER PODCAST…
( 0:55 ): Welcome back to TSC HIM & HER Show. #617: Today, we’re sitting down for a second time with Nicole Walters, a former top-selling corporate executive who quit her six-figure sales job in front of ten thousand people, took what she knew, and built a million-dollar business in one short year. Today, we talk with Nicole about her new book, ‘NOTHING IS MISSING: A Memoir of Living Boldly,’ and she gives us all the details on how to build resilience and show up for yourself daily. She goes into detail about her personal stories with divorce, addiction, and how to keep moving forward when times get tough. We also dive into all things entrepreneurship, how to be 10x better at striving for your goals, and how to take charge of your own life.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS WITH
( 2:36 ): Lauryn asks, “What happened when you walked out of the studio last time leaving this podcast, because we did a part one?”
( 2:47 ): Michael asks, “Why?”
( 4:56 ): Lauryn asks, “Do you think you almost manifested that?”
( 10:56 ): Lauryn asks, “What is the process of even starting to think about even starting to think about divorce to when you’re actually divorced?”
( 14:55 ): Michael asks, “But how long does it take you to kind of come out of it and feel like you’re in a good place?”
( 15:56 ): Lauryn asks, “So you said you were simultaneously dealing with your health issues while you were getting divorced. How were you showing up for your children and your business while this is going on?”
( 18:09 ): Lauryn asks, “Is that a theme going back to your childhood where you’ve always been like that? Just suppress and move forward?”
( 20:57 ): Lauryn asks, “What were some of those boundaries that you found through getting divorced?”
( 22:03 ): Lauryn asks, “While all of this going on, is this also simultaneously going on with your kids?”
( 25:01 ): Lauryn asks, “How did you also show up for your other daughter who was going through chemo?”
( 26:12 ): Michael asks, “Resilience: where do you think that comes from?”
( 29:01 ): Michael says, “Of course your children know you’re there, but at what point do you let them kind of fall on their face!”
( 37:50 ): Lauryn asks, “Do you think that there’s a little, and maybe your therapist has told you this and I’d be interested to hear what your opinion is, there’s a little part of your oldest that actually almost has anger or resentment towards you but its misdirected and it should be towards her mom?”
( 40:04 ): Lauryn asks, “When you adopted three children, dd you use a therapist to help with the transition of that?”
( 49:40 ): Michael asks, “When people come to you, when individuals come to you, and they have self-limiting beliefs or these self-limiting stories about their circumstances and you’’re trying to jar them out of that, again it’s a touchy conversation because people feel personally attacked and maybe at this point in your life you’re privileged, how do you get them out of that?”
( 54:36 ): Michael asks, “What are the most common things or issues people are coming to you with when it comes to their career?”
( 1:02:32 ): Lauryn asks, “How do you structure a company?”

( 1:18:37 ): Lauryn says, “I want you to tell us about your hot new man and your new book.”
