( 33:28 ): Lauryn says, “But also they need to listen to, and this brings me to my next question, what changed my life that you said—and that’s one more rep.”
( 36:12 ): Lauryn asks, “What’s something to do with your wife? I know you probably apply business principles to your relationship. What’s something you can do?”
( 39:07 ): Lauryn asks, “If you do get into a huge argument with your wife, how do you recover quickly?”
( 41:06 ): Lauryn says, “A lot of people are experiencing depression and anxiety. And I don’t know if this is two separate questions—depression and anxiety—but what advice would you give to someone that’s feeling like they’re in a depressed state or an anxious state?”
( 53:27 ): Lauryn says, “I want to know what makes you successful; what your daily recipe is.”
( 56:18 ): Lauryn says, “You have coached—I know I can’t mention them—highly successful people. Like I’m talking the best of the best of the best. What’s the common thing they come to you for?”
( 58:37 ): Lauryn asks, “What are the visualization and auditory tools you were talking about?”
( 1:01:08 ): Lauryn says, “Say someone wants to do a big goal—a big goal that you’ve done. So I’ll give you an example: write a book, launch a podcast. How does Ed Mylett work that out?”
( 1:03:53 ): Lauryn says, “Your captions are long form. Is this something you plan in advance?”
( 1:06:43 ): Lauryn says, “If someone’s listening and they have negative people or negative situations, what would you tell them?”
( 1:10:21 ): Lauryn says, “I would love for you to leave our audience with ways, and this is selfishly for myself to end it out but also for the audience, how you protect your energy and your space and how you set boundaries.”
