( 5:30 ): My sister had a baby a few weeks ago. Michael and I are godparents! We committed to taking care of Daxton but I was sick so Michael took care of the baby for the night. He changed diapers as I sat in the corner reading US Weekly.
( 6:30 ): I started watching The Bachelor when I was sick and I’m shocked at how ridiculously people act on the show.
( 9:45 ): We’re still prepping for the wedding. To be honest, our guests are more on top of it than we are.
( 10:35 ): I’m doing a lot of wellness shots, vitamins, walking, bone broth, and really zoning in to my skincare. My mustache is finally fading. I’ve been picking up all these tips and tricks to do to keep my skin feeling supple and full of collagen. I’m obsessed with oils – I use them everywhere.
HIM & HER TIPS OF THE WEEK
( 14:10 ): HIM TIP: So many people make short term decisions instead of long term decisions. Worry about the next 5-10 years to make decision making easier and smarter.
( 15:45 ): HER TIP: Oregano oil can help kick your cold to the curb. I add 6 drops to your water and gulp it down. It’s expensive but it lasts forever and really works.
