( 1:29:16 ): Lauryn says, “I’m trying to lose 25 pounds. I know a lot of women have reached out and they’re trying to lose 25 pounds from postpartum or they’ve gained in quarantine — maybe they’ve gained 5, 10 lbs. What do you recommend for women? What are your three top tips?”
