( 3:00 ): We’re newly aunts and uncles and now Michael has baby fever. He’s been doing crazy things like hiding my birth control and can’t stop talking about a Bosstick baby.
( 4:50 ): We went to Vegas this weekend with our friend Steve. We went to Caesars Palace, Nobu, Mr. Chow – it was a chill weekend with lots of good food except a meatball from Rao’s.
( 8:20 ): I did cupping and acupuncture after Vegas and I’m feeling 10x better. It provided me with so much relief and improved my mood so much. I did cupping before Michael Phelps BTW.

HIM & HER TIPS OF THE WEEK
( 11:15 ): HER TIP: Before applying makeup, apply a dime sized amount of oil – avocado or rosehip oil works best. Make sure it’s raw and cold pressed. And then use a tinted caffeine-infused sunscreen to tighten your skin.
( 12:40 ): HIM TIP: Get rid of electronics in bed before bed because it keeps you up, affects sleep, and makes the bedroom a non-intimate space.
