+ Tricep Dips (on a chair/bench or in bridge position)

+ LEFT Single Leg SQUAT PULSE
+ HIGH Reach LUNGE BACKS (Alt.) HARDER-make it hopping lunges( R/L = 1 REP )
+ PUSH UP to DOWN DOG SHIN TAP OPP. HAND to OPP. SHI

+ Forearm Plank Hip Dips ( R/L = 1 REP )
+ Inch Worm Walk Out to Walk Back ADD A HOP or JACK
+ 180 DEGREE Squat Jump Turns
+ High Heel ( RELEVAE ) NARROW Chair Pulses

+ V Up – ( on back, pike up quick & reach for feet )
+ TWISTED Mountain Climbers ( R/L = 1 rep )
+ Plank TO LOW GET UP w/ HIGH REACH ( harder-add push up )
+ Squat tap floor to Alt. R/L BUTT KICK ( R/L = 1 REP )
