Today we discuss how to master sleep, hormones, stress, anxiety, and how our eye sight can improve not only our vision but our overall health.

( 36:16 ): Michael says, “So many of us now, we wake up—we’re in an indoor structure. We don’t go outside. We go right in our car. Then we get into our office. We’re just not outside at all anymore. It sounds like it contributes to a lot of anxiety, depression, lack of sleep, hormone imbalance. Would you agree with that assessment?”
