( 3:14 ): Lauryn asks, “how can we continue that energy of cutting what’s toxic after Covid?”
( 6:25 ): Michael says, “Maybe you don’t want to get in between a mother and a son of a daughter and father, but like that becomes very prominent in the forefront of conversation when you take a relationship to the next level. How do you deal with that?”
( 8:17 ): Lauryn asks, “How has your boundaries shifted since having children?”
( 15:11 ): Lauryn asks, “As a therapist, what is something that you see when you talk to adults that’s common?”
( 16:26 ): Lauryn says, “I try in my life to never be a high maintenance friend or family member. For instance, if someone says ‘Hey Lauryn, I can’t come to this event for you’ — no worries. Because I want to be granted the same grace if I cannot do something. And sometimes it’s not a two way street. What does that conversation look like?”
( 18:07 ): Lauryn asks, “How do you set boundaries when it comes to social media?”
( 19:41 ): Michael says, “But how do you avoid, let’s say, your mother in law or your friend saying you know what, ‘Nedra, Lauryn, you guys are selfish’? And not you know carrying that label and feeling guilty for carrying that label?’”
( 25:44 ): Lauryn says, “I would like to know some things you do as a therapist that are successful.”
( 27:04 ): Lauryn says, “I would like to know what you do on your calendar to set micro boundaries.”

( 32:32 ): Michael asks, “How do you even identify or realize that you’re in a co-dependent relationship? And if you want to break that kind of cycle how do you do that?”
( 33:29 ): Michael asks, “What are the downsides to being in a co-dependent relationship and how do they manifest?”
( 42:22 ): Lauryn asks, “Is there something to snap yourself out of this narrative that we’ve been told since we’ve been children?”
( 43:03 ): Lauryn asks, “How can we teach our children boundaries?”
( 48:27 ): Lauryn asks, “With your kids, do you set parameters around your phone?”
